When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, what you are interested in and anything you include in your message. If you email us directly, we collect your email address and the contents of your email.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to discuss a partnership, a property or a booking with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.
We will not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website:
- Formspree, which processes our enquiry form and passes your message to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. Formspree uses recognised safeguards for these transfers.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Our property management partner, only where needed to deal with a booking or property enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless they lead to an ongoing agreement, in which case we keep them for as long as the agreement and any legal requirements need.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To do any of these, email info@pssventuresltd.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
